48 Club Token (KOGE) is the governance token of 48 Club, one of the oldest communities in the BNB Chain ecosystem. The club was founded in the spring of 2018 by a group of BNB investors and now runs validators and block-building services for BNB Smart Chain.

Outside 48 Club, KOGE is harder to spend. On Epic, KOGE holders can book hotels and flights at prices up to 30% lower than Booking.com, and new users can get $25 off their first booking.

Below, we cover five practical ways to use KOGE in 2026.

Key Takeaways

  • Epic lets you book hotels and flights with KOGE and 200+ other cryptocurrencies at prices up to 30% below Booking.com. New users can get $25 off their first booking.
  • Inside 48 Club, KOGE holders vote on club proposals, stake the token and build up 48 Soul Point, the membership score behind perks on BNB Smart Chain such as private access to the Puissant block builder.
  • KOGE holders can purchase physical collectibles on Polkastarter, from rare trading cards and graded items to sealed products and video games.
  • Coinsbee offers KOGE holders gift cards, prepaid services and mobile top-ups from over 5,000 brands in 185+ countries.

want to go?

What Is 48 Club Token (KOGE)?

48 Club Token (KOGE) is the governance and utility token of 48 Club, a DAO founded in 2018 by a group of BNB investors. The club runs validators and block-building infrastructure for BNB Smart Chain, where KOGE is issued as a BEP-20 token. The project launched in September 2020, when the club raised funds with KOGE for its community-run validator.

KOGE has a maximum supply of about 3.4 million tokens, and nearly all of it is already in circulation. Most of its trading runs through KOGE/USDT pairs and decentralised pools on BNB Smart Chain.

Holders use KOGE to vote on club proposals, stake it with the club, and build up their 48 Soul Point score. Profits from the club's validators go toward buying back and burning KOGE.

How Does 48 Club Token Work?

48 Club runs validators on BNB Smart Chain and operates Puissant, a block builder that puts transactions in order inside each block. Its privacy RPC sends transactions to a private pool instead of the public one, which protects users from front-running and sandwich attacks.

Membership is measured with 48 Soul Point, a score built from KOGE held or staked, BNB delegated to 48 Club validators, and the club's 48er NFT. Higher scores open member tiers and services such as private access to the Puissant builder.

KOGE sits in the middle of this system. Holders vote on club decisions with it, and staking it is the most direct way to raise a Soul Point score.

What I like about 48 Club is that its tools look after ordinary users, not just traders. If you send transactions through the privacy RPC, they go to a private pool instead of the public one, so you're much harder to sandwich. And if you hold KOGE, it counts toward your Soul Point score as well.

2. Buy Physical Collectibles With KOGE on Polkastarter

KOGE can be used to purchase physical collectibles through the Polkastarter marketplace. The marketplace features rare trading cards, graded collectibles, sealed products and video games. After purchasing an item, collectors can have it shipped to them or sell it back through the platform.

Since the marketplace uses USDC as its balance currency, you will first need to swap your KOGE for USDC on an exchange that lists it before funding your account.

Browse the Polkastarter collectibles marketplace to see what's currently available.

Polkastarter is a good fit if you're into collecting. It offers rare trading cards, graded collectibles, sealed products and video games, all paid for in crypto. Once you've bought something, you choose whether it's shipped to you or sold back through the platform.

3. Stake KOGE and Vote on Proposals Inside 48 Club

Inside 48 Club, KOGE is the token that gives holders both a voice and a membership. You can vote on club proposals with it and stake it through the official 48 Club site.

Holding KOGE also builds up your 48 Soul Point. The first 48 KOGE in a wallet count toward the score, staked KOGE counts in full, and members with higher scores move up from Entry to Gold and Platinum tiers.

The perks have changed over time. On 2 July 2025, the club phased out 0Gas, its gas-free transaction service for Soul Point members, after an upgrade to BNB Chain.

This makes sense, because staking is where KOGE does the most for you. Staked KOGE counts in full toward your Soul Point score, and that's what moves you up from Entry to Gold and Platinum. And if you'd rather just hold, the first 48 tokens in your wallet still count.

4. Join Early-Stage Token Sales With KOGE on CoinTerminal

KOGE holders can also use their crypto to access early-stage token sales through CoinTerminal, an open-access launchpad for new projects ahead of their exchange listings. There are no platform-token staking requirements, and contributions start at $100.

KOGE is not used directly for contributions, so you will first need to swap it for the contribution asset required by each sale, such as USDT, on an exchange that lists it. All launches are fully refundable, making the investment risk-free.

Visit the CoinTerminal launchpad to see which token sales are currently open.

What I like about CoinTerminal is that anyone can join a sale. You don't need to stake or lock up any tokens, you can get started from $100, and contributions are refundable, which makes the investment process risk-free.

5. Buy Gift Cards and Mobile Top-Ups With KOGE on Coinsbee

Coinsbee gives KOGE holders a simple way to use their crypto for day-to-day spending. It accepts over 200 cryptocurrencies and offers digital gift cards, prepaid vouchers and mobile top-ups from more than 5,000 brands in 185+ countries.

KOGE is not accepted directly at checkout, so you will first need to swap it for a supported coin such as USDT on an exchange that lists it. The process itself is simple: choose a brand, pick the amount, pay with the swapped crypto, and the redemption code is sent to your email within minutes. The catalogue offers plenty of day-to-day options, from supermarkets and streaming services to travel, food delivery, gaming platforms and mobile carriers.

Have a look through the Coinsbee catalogue to see what is available in your country.

Coinsbee is a good fit if you'd like your KOGE to cover the things you pay for each month. You can pick gift cards for groceries, food delivery, streaming and gaming, or top up your phone, and the code lands in your inbox shortly after you pay.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the 48 Club Token crypto price?

No one can reliably forecast token prices, and we do not give investment advice. KOGE trades at about $65.73, around 10% below its September 2026 all-time high of $72.66, on daily volume of about $13,000. What KOGE is designed for is access to 48 Club: it carries DAO voting rights, can be staked for Soul Point, and is bought back and burned with club profits.

Is 48 Club Token on Coinbase?

No. KOGE is not available to trade there. The token is a BEP-20 asset on BNB Smart Chain, so holders buy and sell it on an exchange that lists it or through decentralised pools on that chain.

Where can I buy 48 Club Token?

KOGE trades on Binance Alpha, where its main pair is KOGE/USDT, and in decentralised pools on BNB Smart Chain. It is not listed on the larger centralised exchanges, and daily trading volume is thin at about $13,000.

What is the latest news on 48 Club Token?

On 15 and 16 June 2025, KOGE lost more than half its value after large holders pulled liquidity from its pools. In July 2025, 48 Club phased out its gas-free 0Gas service and added 4,000 KOGE to its liquidity pools. In September 2026, the token reached a new all-time high of $72.66.

Can I book hotels and flights with KOGE?

Yes. Through Epic, KOGE holders can also book hotels and flights at prices up to 30% cheaper than Booking.com. The platform supports more than 200 cryptocurrencies alongside Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay and Google Pay, and offers up to 8% cashback in XRP on bookings. New users can also get $25 off their first booking.
